Fully air-conditioned, the professionally appointed 700 seat auditorium offers 342 plush tiered seating, 166 stalls seating and 192 balcony seats, is serviced by abundant parking options,  has wheelchair access and convenient amenities.

The classically designed foyer provides ideal formal surrounds for receptions and displays and offers box office and cloakroom facilities. Guests appreciate the all-weather covered entrance and forecourt to stretch their legs, mingle and enjoy light refreshments provided by the on-site catering service facilities. Catering is also available from Ormiston College providing for your specific requests and your guest’s dietary needs.

Amenities and Services Supporting Your Function Venue Hire 

Behind the scenes - your function or performance is supported by a 13 x 9 metre stage, scenery hoist allowing for four scene changes, the latest staging technologyand twin electric curtains with 26-second opening/closing, professional stage lighting and sound systems, well-appointed dressing rooms, drama studio and data projection facilities with a three square metre projector screen.

The Lingo Lin venue hire fee incorporates full facilities and takes into account a variety of requirements including casual or two-hourly hire, and either short or long hire that incorporates rehearsal, set up and performance time. If required, a full staff can be arranged with your hall hire, from Front of House door staff to Ushers, Program Sellers and Merchandisers.
