This term, the Ormiston College Junior School held a food drive to support the Night Ninjas. This Not-For-Profit Organisation, run by dedicated volunteers, focuses on helping people experiencing homelessness and those who are living close to or below the poverty line in the Redlands area.

Classes from Prep to Year 6 were encouraged to donate non-perishable food items, including noodles, soup, biscuits, cereal and tinned vegetables. The response from the Ormiston College community was wonderful with boxes of food items generously donated.

On Friday 17 May, the Junior School Leaders handed over the collected donations to Kym Courtenay and the Night Ninjas team. These donations will help to stock the Night Ninjas pantry and ensure that those in need have access to essential supplies. Thank you to everyone involved for your valuable contributions to this initiative.
