This morning, the Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre (QTAC) released the Australian Tertiary Admission Ranks (ATARs) for Queensland’s Year 12 Class of 2023.
ATARs are used by universities to select which students, who on the completion of the secondary schooling, will be offered a place in a particular course.
Ormiston College is incredibly proud to report that over half the Year 12 cohort (54%) achieved an ATAR of 90 or higher. The median ATAR for our Class of 2023 is an impressive 90.45.
The College also recognises five students, Caitlyn Aitkenhead, Cameron Harris, Daniel Moloney, Riley O’Brien and Katherine Teodorczuk, who achieved an ATAR above 99.
We warmly congratulate our Class of 2023 on their wonderful results! The Class of 2023, and the staff and families who have supported their education, can be extremely proud of all they have achieved.
We thank our Year 12 students for enriching the life of OC in so many ways and we wish them continued growth, success and happiness as they create the next exciting chapter of their lives.
