This afternoon, the Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre (QTAC) released the much-anticipated Australian Tertiary Admission Ranks (ATARs) for Queensland’s Year 12 Class of 2025. ATARs are used by universities to select which students, who on the completion of secondary schooling, will be offered a place in a particular course.

Ormiston College is incredibly proud to announce that 53% of the Year 12 cohort achieved an ATAR of 90 and higher. The median ATAR for the Class of 2025 stands at 90.45, reflecting the hard work and commitment of both students and staff.

A special commendation goes to Milan Kaniyur, Smriti Pillai, Jess Schull, Toby Shaw and Shanice Yiu who each attained an ATAR of 99 and above, placing them in the Top 1% of Queensland’s ATAR eligible graduates.

We warmly congratulate all our Year 12 students on these outstanding results. The Class of 2025, along with the families and staff who have supported them, can be extremely proud of their accomplishments.

As they prepare to embark on the next exciting chapter of their lives, we wish our graduates continued growth, success, and happiness. The future is bright for the Class of 2025!
