The Lingo Lin Performing Arts Theatre provides a 700-seat auditorium with 342 plush tiered seating, 166 stalls seating and 192 balcony seats. It is fully air-conditioned, has first class acoustics and is perfect for functions, performances, conferences and events.
The classically designed foyer provides ideal formal surrounds for receptions and displays and offers box office and cloakroom facilities. Guests appreciate the all-weather covered entrance and forecourt to stretch their legs, mingle and enjoy light refreshments provided by the on-site catering service facilities. Catering is also available from Ormiston College providing for your specific requests and your guests' dietary needs.
Your function or performance will be presented on a 13 x 9 meter stage appointed with twin electric curtains with 26-second opening/closing, professional stage lighting and sound systems. The cyclorama cloth spans a width of 9.4 meters and expends to a height of 5 to 6 meters. The venue is further equipped with data projection facilities and a 3 X 2 meter drop down projector screen in front of the main curtain. Ample dressing rooms and rehearsal rooms are also available for use.
For conference hire, the quality equipment includes audio visual tools, head and hand held wireless microphones, mobile mixing desk, long throw projector and more.
The Lingo Lin Performing Arts Theatre venue hire fee incorporates full facilities and takes into account a variety of requirements including casual hourly hire, and either short or long hire that incorporates rehearsal, set up and performance time. If required, staffing can be arranged with your hall hire, from Front of House door staff to Ushers, Program Sellers and Merchandisers.
