Starting at “Puggles Burrow” at the Ormiston College Early Learning Centre, 70 Junior School students from Years 3 to 6 sang songs with the Pre-Prep students, and entertained adults and children alike with their selection of choir music.
Capalaba Park Shopping Centre hosted the choirs for lunch where they entertained crowds of shoppers outside Target. The students enjoyed telling stories in song, ranging from animal antics to mystical moments enjoying fishing, the moon at night and some carnival fun.
“It was a great day out”, one of the students commented after visiting four venues on this whirlwind tour of the Redlands.Residents at Regis, Birkdale and Cleveland Manor were enamoured with the children and their singing.“We sincerely hope they will come again!” one of the residents reported.
