Year 9 Camp
Earlier this term, Year 9 Students travelled to Noosa North Shore where they participated in a three-day program run by Total Adventures.
After unloading their gear in their cabins, students began working through a rotation of activities which focussed on team building and leadership. Students particularly enjoyed the canoeing and mountain-biking activities. The survival skills activity saw students work together to build a bush hut. Team work was also required to successfully complete a number of beach activities on the last day. Archery and high ropes were also part of the program with the high ropes once again challenging some students.
Year 9 Coordinator Shaun Griggs, Year 9 Form Teachers and Chaplain Annaliese accompanied the students and were all very pleased with the way the students conducted themselves over the three days.
